Dr. Eby joined our team in August 2021 and he is board-certified in small animal surgery.
Dr. Eby is a 2017 graduate of Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine. In 2018 Dr. Eby completed a one-year small animal rotating medicine and surgery internship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine followed by a three-year small animal surgical residency at North Carolina State University.
Dr. Eby is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons (ACVS), a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), AO VET North America (AO VET NA), and the Veterinary Orthopedic Society (VOS). He has special interests in orthopedics, 3D modeling for surgical planning, advanced fracture repair and total joint replacement.
Dr. Eby enjoys being outdoors, road trips, hiking and fishing, and he loves watching and playing sports! Most of all and as much as possible, Dr. Eby enjoys being with his wife and their children.

"I gravitated towards being a surgeon because it allowed me to do many aspects of veterinary medicine which I was most interested in (surgery, anesthesia, radiology, etc.). I chose orthopedics specifically because it always clicked more for me internally. I love repairing fractures and deformities and the various forms of fixation, which always feels like artwork to me."
